Products and prices
Review the product photographs, description and selected options before ordering. Prices are shown in euros (EUR). International shipping to France, Germany and the United Kingdom is included. For information about customs arrangements, contact us before ordering.
Availability applies to the selected product option. We will contact you if an item cannot be supplied or an order detail needs clarification.
Delivery
Items are dispatched from China. DHL delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Read Delivery & returns before placing an order.
Cancellation, returns and problems
For eligible online purchases, notify us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to withdraw, then return the goods within the following 14 days. Change-of-mind returns go to China at the buyer’s postage cost. Our returns page explains the process and refunds.
Nothing in these terms removes the statutory rights that apply to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
