International shipping is included in our prices. We deliver from China to France, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Delivery
Orders are sent from China. DHL delivery usually takes 7-10 business days after dispatch. This estimate excludes weekends and public holidays; customs checks and other transport delays can affect arrival. Contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

Changed your mind?
Notify us within 14 days after receiving your order. Email us with your order number and the items you want to return. You do not need to give a reason. After notifying us, send the items back within a further 14 days.
Returns are sent to China. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. Contact us for the correct return address and instructions before sending a parcel; the dispatch address on the original package may not be the return address.
Condition of returned items
You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Handle it carefully and include its accessories and packaging where possible. Any deduction for diminished value will relate to handling beyond what is needed to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first, before completing the refund. We process the refund within the applicable 14-day period; your payment provider may take additional time to display it.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please contact us with your order number and photographs so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. The change-of-mind postage rule does not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Contact us before paying to return such an item.
